Reflecting and processing your stress or anxiety with a mental health professional can be very helpful. It can help you learn new things about yourself and different coping skills. Curving out a specific time just for yourself to focus on reflecting and processing your emotion can be soothing in the fast-paced life we now live.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded on anti-oppressive/anti-racist, compassion and mindfulness, and client-centered practice. ​
