Psychotherapy is typically covered by most private health insurance plans. I offer direct billing to Blue Cross Blue Shields. For other health insurances, you can submit my receipt for reimbursement according to your coverage plan.

15 mins Initial Consultation
In this consultation, we can get to know each other, ask any questions you may have, and get a feel of what a therapy session with me would look like. It is offered for free of cost.
150$
50 mins Psychotherapy Session
This is the standard 50 mins session. For EMDR and art therapy, sometimes it may feel short; however, it is sufficient for most clients.
200$
90 mins Psychotherapy Session
This is an extended 90 mins session for those who benefit from deeper discussion and exploration. The session is great for art therapy and EMDR therapy.
70$ - 120$
Sliding Scale Fee
I understand the above fees are not easily affordable for those without private health insurance. I offer limited slots for sliding scale fee for clients with these financial concerns. Please feel free to discuss, and we can determine eligibility.
